Matcha wholesale, Indonesia.
To sell food in Indonesia, a local importer needs a BPOM distribution permit (ML number). In October 2026 the government announced that mandatory halal certification for imported food and beverages will start on 18 October 2028. Duties and taxes are paid by your shop on delivery (DAP).

Questions from Indonesia
Can I receive samples before I have an importer?
We can send samples by EMS for tasting. To sell matcha on an ongoing basis, the importing company needs a BPOM distribution permit (ML number), and halal certification for imported food and beverages is set to become mandatory from 18 October 2028. If you don’t have an importer yet, ask us and we’ll discuss how to proceed.
Do you have halal-certified matcha?
Some of our products are halal-certified; filter by “Certification” in the catalog. Whether a certificate is accepted in Indonesia depends on whether BPJPH recognizes the certifying body, so we check this for each product.
Who pays duties and taxes?
Your shop pays them on delivery (DAP).
